And that time: Raphael is here referring back to the incident in 2.3-7. New Revised Standard Version, with that time, and Good News Translation with “that corpse” are reminding the reader that a reference is being made back to something earlier in the narrative.
You did not hesitate to get up and leave your dinner: Good News Translation has “you got up from the table without eating your meal.”
To go and bury the dead may be rendered “to bury that man who had been murdered” (Contemporary English Version).
