He revealed what was to occur to the end of time: Closer to the meaning here than Good News Translation would be “and he predicted things that would happen between then and the end of time.”

And the hidden things before they came to pass: This substantially repeats what was said in the previous line. Hidden things are things that could not be known to ordinary people. Good News Translation might be clearer if the word “hidden” were omitted.

New English Bible has a good translation of this verse: “He revealed things to come before they happened, the secrets of the future to the end of time.”
