It is important at the beginning of this verse to identify the persons addressed: “People of Jerusalem” (Good News Translation) or “Jerusalem” (Die Bibel im heutigen Deutsch).

Bundle (used only here in the Old Testament) may be used of any kind of hand-carried luggage. Both Good News Translation and Die Bibel im heutigen Deutsch give it the meaning “belongings.” New English Bible translates Gather up your bundle as “Put your goods together,” while New Jerusalem Bible has “Pick up your pack.” Since in many languages from the ground will be understood from the verb Gather up, a number of translations feel free to omit this phrase.

O you who dwell under siege is included by Die Bibel im heutigen Deutsch at the beginning of the verse: “Jerusalem, you besieged city, your inhabitants must pack up their belongings!” In many languages it will be quite natural to do what Die Bibel im heutigen Deutsch and Good News Translation have done, and move O you who dwell under siege! to the start of the verse: “People of Jerusalem, your enemies are all around you. Pack your belongings.”
