An unclean animal: this points up the contrast with the previously-mentioned animal, which was ritually pure.
Such as is not offered: this is the opposite of “such as men offer” in verse 9. It may be translated “that is unacceptable…,” or “that is ritually unclean,” or something similar.
The man shall bring the animal …: compare verse 8, where a human being is involved.
