You shall do … and keep: this is clearly not intended to have a simple future tense meaning. Rather it should be translated as an imperative.

Keep: care should be taken not to translate this verb in such a way as to give the impression of conserving or protecting a book containing laws. Instead, the meaning is to perform actively what God requires of his people.

Ordinances and … statutes: many languages have difficulty finding such synonyms for “law.” Good News Translation provides a good model in this context, with the verbal expression “what I command.”
