Nineteenth year of King Nebuchadrezzar would be 587 B.C., if calculated from 605, when he actually came to power.
Citing all these years and months can be confusing. One possible way to help readers is to say “In the nineteenth year that Nebuchadnezzar was king of Babylon [or, After Nebuchadnezzar was king of Babylon eighteen years], on the tenth day of the fifth month of that year.”
