The expression you have no part or share is equivalent to “you are not really one with us” or “this is certainly not your work.”

In our work literally translates the phrase “in this word,” but in Greek as in Hebrew, “word” may also mean “matter” or “business.”

In the expression your heart is not right the word right translates a term which means “straight”; but inasmuch as “straight” in a moral sense is indicated, the meaning is “right” or “upright.” Moffatt “your heart is all wrong in the sight of God” renders accurately the meaning. New English Bible “for you are dishonest with God” and Phillips “your heart is not honest before God” seem to have somewhat missed the full impact of the word. In some languages, however, one cannot say your heart is not right. Rather, one must employ a rendering such as “you are not right (straight) in your heart.”

In God’s sight is equivalent to “as God sees you,” “from God’s point of view,” or “as God judges you.”
