In the Greek in Christ Jesus may be connected with My love, with you all, or with the whole sentence. The final option is the more likely; for example, “my love goes out to you all. Through Jesus Christ we are bound together with one another” (Die Bibel im heutigen Deutsch).

Amen is not in the UBS Greek text. It was added by many scribes, and it was probably added when the letter was read in worship services.
