The only difference between this verse and 14.4 is God instead of “the LORD,” and “these evildoers” here, whereas Psalm 14 has “all these evildoers” (Good News Translation). Again, unaccountably, Revised Standard Version translates the same Hebrew text in two different ways: in 14.4 “Have they no knowledge, all the evildoers who…?”; here Have those who work evil no understanding, who…?
