They shall leave none of it until the morning: See Exo 12.10. The pronoun it refers to the Passover lamb in light of the next clause. Good News Translation renders this pronoun as “any of the food,” but perhaps a more specific rendering should be used, such as “the [Passover] lamb” or “the lamb of the Passover meal.”
Nor break a bone of it: See Exo 12.46. This clause is literally “and a bone they will not break in it.” Here the pronoun it definitely refers to the Passover lamb. If this pronoun was not specified in the preceding clause, it should be done here.
According to all the statute for the passover they shall keep it: See the comments on verse 3. Statute renders the Hebrew word chuqqah again. Good News Translation uses the plural word “regulations,” which other languages may find helpful.
