Every male among the priests: see 6.22. The translation should avoid giving the impression that there may have been females also among the priests. Both Good News Translation and New English Bible bring out the meaning more clearly by referring to “the priestly families” rather than the actual priests.
May eat of it … it shall be eaten: see 6.26. And note that the pronoun it refers to the remaining meat of the sacrificed animal.
