Translation commentary on John 10:37

Good News Translation inverts the order of this sentence from the order in Greek (“if I am not doing my Father’s works, then do not believe me”). Jesus appeals to his works as evidence of who he is; he and the Father are one (verse 30) because they both do the same works.
