In this verse all of the creative acts are completed.

And God saw everything that he had made: see Gen 1.4 and verse 10.

And behold, it was very good: here behold calls attention to and emphasizes very good. This is the first time in the evaluation step that very is added to good.

And there was evening and there was morning, a sixth day: see verse 5.
