Exegesis:

idōn de auton … [perilupon genomenon] ‘seeing him to be very sad.’

pōs duskolōs ‘with how much difficulty,’ going with eisporeuontai ‘enter.’

duskolōs adverb ‘with difficulty.’

hoi ta chrēmata echontes ‘those who have property.’

chrēmata ‘property,’ ‘wealth.’ The article ta is generic.

eis tēn basileian tou theou eisporeuontai ‘enter the kingdom of God,’ cf. on v. 17.

Translation:

Looking at him, preferably, ‘seeing him so sad’ (Zürcher Bibel), ‘seeing that he had become very sad.’

Enter the kingdom, or, ‘come into the place where God is king,’ ‘enter where God rules,’ cf. ‘enter God’s hand that he rule over them’ (a San Miguel El Grande Mixtec dialect).
