The Greek in Revelation 14:4 that is translated as “defiled themselves with women” or similar in English is translated in the German New Testament translation by Berger / Nord (publ. 1999) as Mischehen mit heidnischen Partnern eingehen or “enter into mixed marriages with pagan partners.”
