14:22a

There is implied information between 14:21d and 14:22a. This information is that the servant did what he was told to do in 14:21 and then returned to his master. Your translation should not imply that the servant had done the action in 14:21 before his master commanded him to do it. In some languages it may be necessary to make the implied information explicit. For example:

When the servant returned, he said (Contemporary English Version)
-or-
After the servant had done this, he reported (New Living Translation (2004))

Sir: In this context the Greek word that the Berean Standard Bible translates as Sir is a general term of respect that a person uses when he is speaking to anyone in authority. Other ways to translate it include “master” or “lord.” See lord, Context 3, in the Glossary.

the servant replied: The Berean Standard Bible has placed the clause the servant replied after the word “Sir.” Place it where it is natural in your language.

what you ordered has been done: These words were a humble and indirect way for the servant to say that he had obeyed his master. In some languages it may not be natural to use a passive verb such as has been done. If that is true in your language, you may use an active verb. For example:

I did what you commanded (New Century Version)

14:22b

and there is still room: The expression there is still room means here that there were still places or seats remaining for other guests. Other ways to translate this expression are:

there is still plenty of room for more people (Contemporary English Version)
-or-
we still have room (New Century Version)

Use a natural way in your language to express this idea.
