Facing the nave (verse 13) is literally “and their faces to the house.” Compare “with their faces toward the house” (An American Translation) and “facing inwards” (Moffatt). The Good News Translation rendering “facing the entrance” may be a good model for other languages. Contemporary English Version is similar with “facing the doorway.”
